Swedish Massage: The Mental Reset
Training for a race is as much a mental challenge as a physical one. Swedish massage is your "down-regulation" tool. It lowers cortisol and improves sleep quality, ensuring your body is actually in a state to repair itself during your taper or off-season.
Deep Tissue: The Maintenance Tool
Glasgow’s hills and pavements can cause chronic tightness. I use Deep Tissue to target your posterior chain—calves, hamstrings, and glutes—breaking down the adhesions that lead to that "heavy leg" feeling.
Sports & Remedial: The Performance & Rehab Fix
This is my most clinical approach. If you’re dealing with Runner’s Knee, Achilles issues, or Plantar Fasciitis, we use a 60 or 90-minute session for a full assessment to find out why you’re hurting and get you back to the pack.
